Rumors of Alia Bhatt joining the YRF Spy Universe have been doing the rounds for a while now. And now, it looks like the actress’ standalone film has been confirmed.
As per reports on a leading news portal, YRF’s CEO, Akshaye Widhani has revealed that Alia Bhatt will lead a Spy Universe film. The project is set to begin filming towards the end of the year.
While much isn’t known about the upcoming film, reports of Sharvari Wagh joining Alia Bhatt had earlier done the rounds.
So far, the Spy Universe has five major films, Salman Khan and Katrina Kaif’s Tiger films – Ek Tha Tiger, Tiger Zinda Hai and Tiger 3, Shah Rukh Khan’s Pathaan and Hrithik Roshan’s War. We also know that the studio is working on War 2 and Tiger Vs Pathaan.
