The Academy drops a clip from Deepika Padukone’s Bajirao Mastani, Ranveer Singh reacts

The Academy of Motion Pictures and Sciences dropped a throwback video that has kickstarted a fan frenzy. The video spotlights Deepika Padukone from the 2015 film Bajirao Mastani directed by Sanjay Leela Bhansali.

The video sees Deepika Padukone dancing to Deewani Mastani from Bajirao Mastani. The film also features Ranveer Singh and Priyanka Chopra Jonas. Check it out here:

Deepika Padukone served at presenter at the Oscars 2023. The actress did the nation proud as she presented alongside celebs including Harrison Ford and Halle Berry. She introduced the stage performance of RRR’s Naatu Naatu.

Ranveer Singh reacted to the clip with a comment that read, “Mesmeric!”
