Katy Perry has recently weighed in on the viral AI images of her that have convinced her fans and her mother that she was at Met Gala 2024. While she could not make it to the event due to prior commitments, some realistic AI-generated images suggested that she was at the red carpet in a glamorous gown.

Taking to Instagram, Katy posted the photos in a carousel along with a text from her mother where the latter appreciated the singer for her “gorgeous gown.”Check her post here:




She warned her mother and asked her to be careful of AI-generated images.

Along with Katy, some AI-generated photos of Rihanna at the Met Gala also surfaced on social media. The two stars couldn’t be at the Gala due to personal reasons.
