Exclusive: Siddhant Chaturvedi on working with star kids and nepotism

Bollywood actor Siddhanth Chaturvedi made his debut with Zoya Akhtar’s Gully Boy and ever since he has only evolved as an actor. He always manages to impress his fans and make the audience gush over him because of his good looks and tall stature. The actor who delivered a stellar performance in Kho Gaye Hum Kahan alongside Ananya Panday and Aadarsh Gourav, spoke to us a few months ago and told us about the film, his equation with Ananya Panday and his thoughts on nepotism and working with star kids.

During the conversation, he was asked whether the thought of nepotism cropped up while working with a star kid like Ananya Panday and where he thinks that these kids get an advantage and he said, “Initially, I would feel this way because I have also experienced a lot of rejection. So there was a lot of sourness and hurt from the rejection. But eventually, I learnt to coexist.” The Gehraiyaan actor further added, “Because I realised with maturity and understanding that the audience chooses talent and true talent will never go to waste, regardless of where you come from. The business will have its own mechanism, and the end result will be what it is.”

Next, the actor will most likely be seen under the Dharma Productions banner opposite Triptii Dimri.
