Varun Dhawan is gearing up for his upcoming project Citadel: Honey Bunny, a spinoff of the American series Citadel. The actor will be sharing the screen with Samantha Ruth Prabhu.

Varun Dhawan, who is known to post regularly on social media, recently shared a photo of himself and captioned it with an eyes emoji. The actor looked dashing in a black shirt, and many of his fans commented on the photo, impressed with his look. 

What caught the attention of his fans was another comment by none other than his co-star Samantha Ruth Prabhu. The Kushi actor commented, “Who’s this teenager?” The Bawaal actor was quick to reply, “I dunno, I think he’s working with this pretty hot girl this summer in a series.”

Varun Dhawan and Samantha Ruth Prabhu will be starring in the web series Citadel: Honey Bunny, directed by Raj and DK and produced by D2R Films. The series is an action-packed thriller and is an Indian adaptation of Citadel starring Priyanka Chopra and Richard Madden, promising to be an exciting experience. Fans are eagerly waiting for the series.

The series will also star Kay Kay Menon, Simran, Soham Majumdar, Shivankit Parihar, Kashvi Majmundar, Saqib Saleem, and Sikandar Kher. Meanwhile, Varun Dhawan is also preparing for Baby John, produced by Atlee, and Sunny Sanskari Ki Tulsi Kumari, alongside Janhvi Kapoor and produced by Dharma Productions.
