
Waaree Renewables’ revenue from operations for Q4FY25 was up 74 per cent to ₹476.57 crore
Shares of Waaree Renewable Technologies Ltd (WRTL) jumped 14 per cent to hit a fresh high on Thursday as its net profit jumped 83 per cent on higher income.
The consolidated net profit for March 2025 quarter was recorded at ₹93.76 crore as against ₹51.31 crore in corresponding quarter previous year. Revenue from operations was up 74 per cent to ₹476.57 crore, and the total income rose to ₹481.43 crore from ₹275.35 crore in the same quarter a year ago.
On a year-on-year basis, the profit was up 58 per cent to ₹228.92 crore in March 2025. Results were declared post market hours on Wednesday.
Commenting on the performance, Manmohan Sharma, CFO, Waaree Renewable Technologies, said, “This performance underlines the strength of our integrated business model, execution capabilities, and deep understanding of the renewable energy ecosystem.”
“We remain well-positioned, operationally resilient, and committed to driving the energy transition with high-quality, sustainable solutions,” Sharma added.
Waaree Renewable Technologies Limited (WRTL) is an arm of Waaree Energies.
The company appointed Manmohan Sharma as its Chief Financial Officer, with effect from April 16, 2025. In addition, it has approved the appointment of Sudhir Arya as an additional director.
Sunil Rathi has been redesignated as executive director.
The stock traded 11.25 per cent higher at ₹1,141.90 as at 10.37 am, after hitting a 52-week high of ₹1,170. The stock previously closed at ₹1,026.45.
