Among the night’s rising stars was K-pop girl group KATSEYE, who made their red-carpet debut at the VMAs and scored their very first win. The six-member group, Lara Raj, Sophia Laforteza, Manon Bannerman, Daniela Avanzini, Megan Skiendiel, and Yoonchae Jeung, won MTV Push Performance of the Year for their single Touch. Their victory was met with loud cheers, marking a proud moment for K-pop fans worldwide.
