The Vivo X200 series is the latest flagship lineup from Vivo, featuring the latest in technology, powerful performance, and advanced camera capabilities. Launched in late 2024, the series includes a vast array of models such as the Vivo X200, X200 Pro, and the much anticipated X200 Ultra. Now, ahead of its launch, Vivo’s product manager, Han Boxiao, has shared an image of the Vivo X200S.

Taking a look at the image shared by Boxiao confirms that the device will feature a flat display, which is different from the micro-quad-curved screen that made an appearance on the X200. Further, the device is placed inside a car, presumably for charging, suggesting support for wireless charging, which was lacking in the X200 version. Keen-eyed users may also spy on the inclusion of an ultrasonic fingerprint sensor, which seems to be positioned a bit higher on the display.

Rumored Specifications

As suggested by various reports, the Vivo X200S will supposedly come with a 6.67-inch OLED LTPS display, with a 1.5K resolution and a refresh rate of 120Hz. Like the X200, this version is also expected to be powered by MediaTek’s Dimensity SoC, although the X200S is said to receive the Dimensity 9400 Plus variant. This will be paired with RAM up to 16 GB and internal storage up to 1TB. Powering the device will be a 6,000 mAh battery, with support for 90W fast charging and 50W wireless charging.

The rear part of the device is said to carry a redesigned Zeiss-branded triple-camera setup, housed within a circular camera module. The configuration will probably include a 50MP, Sony IMX921 primary sensor, along with a 50MP Samsung JN1 ultra-wide lens, and a 50MP LYT-600 3x periscopic telephoto camera. All in all, a very powerful setup that will undoubtedly yield amazing results.

Indian customers can purchase the device in two configurations: 12 GB RAM and 256 GB storage at 65,999 INR, or 16 GB RAM and 512 GB storage at 71,999 INR.

Vivo X200 Pro Mini

The Vivo X200 Pro Mini is a compact variant, designed specifically for users who seek the features of the flagship, but in a smaller form factor. It shares almost all of its features and specifications with the X200 series, with a triple camera setup that consists of a 50 MP ultra-wide lens, a 50 MP periscopic telephoto lens, and a 50 MP wide-angle lens. As for now, the X200 Pro Mini remains exclusive to the Chinese markets, and no official announcements have yet been made about its availability internationally.

Being the most advanced in the series, the X200 ultra has been positioned by the company to compete with other flagship devices such as the Samsung Galaxy S25. Leaked info suggests that the device features a sleek design with a metal frame and Zeiss-branded cameras. Unlike others from the X200 lineup, the Ultra is rumored to include Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Elite processor. With up to 1 TB of storage, it is said to come carrying a 50 MP primary sensor, a 200 MP periscopic telephoto lens, and a 50 MP ultra-wide lens. The Vivo X200 Ultra is expected to launch in April of 2025, although its availability outside China has yet to be confirmed.
