UGRO Capital on Saturday said it will offer new equity shares totalling up to ₹400 crore at a price of ₹162 per share.
The MSME-focussed non-banking finance company’s shares had closed at ₹177.45 per share on Friday, up 0.97 per cent over the previous close on BSE.
As per the final terms of the rights issue, approved by the the company’s Securities Allotment & Transfer Committee, the rights entitlement for existing equity shareholders will be 50 rights shares for every 189 existing shares held.
The record date for the rights issue is 5 June, 2025, and the issue period will be from 13 June, 2025, to 20 June, 2025 (extendable by up to 30 days), per a company statement.
The approval by the company’s Securities Allotment & Transfer Committee to the final terms of the rights issue follows the Board’s May 20, 2025, announcement of a ₹915 crore preferential CCD (compulsorily convertible debenture) issuance and a concurrent proposal to offer up to ₹400 crore on a rights basis to existing public shareholders.
