Teja Sajja’s upcoming film Mirai has been hitting the news for all the right reasons! The action fantasy adventure, directed by Karthik Ghattamaneni has been lauded for its visuals and trailer. The film recently underwent censor review and has obtained a U/A 16+ certificate from the CBFC. The approved runtime is 169 minutes (2 hours 49 minutes). Considering the recent Pan India release, Mirai’s runtime is comparatively lesser.

Teja Sajja’s clinical performance

One of the exciting elements to look forward to in Mirai is the protagonist Teja Sajja’s performance. The poster, striking visuals and gripping trailer clearly hints at a clinical performance. A BTS video released recently by the makers show the phenomenal effort that the actor has had to put in to play a Super Yodha in the film. Director Karthik described Teja’s role as someone who can exhibit grit, resilience, and an unbreakable spirit. “He performed several stunts — from swirling the staff in his hand to performing difficult somersaults — he did everything to perfection. He gave a reverting performance and we can’t wait to show the film to the audiences.”

Teja’s reply wins heart

Teja Sajja headlines Mirai, a high-concept action adventure where mythology blends modern superhero storytelling. And as part of the film’s promotions, Teja has been touring various cities. As part of the press gathering, the actor who shot to fame with HanuMan, was asked why he is doing another film (Mirai) that has a religious connection. And Teja’s reply wins hearts. “When love stories are being retold again and again why aren’t people asking,” replied Teja. “Shouldn’t we take pride when bringing out stories from our own roots and culture to GenNext?” In the film, Teja sets on a journey to attain Mirai, described as a divine force forged from Lord Rama’s path in Treta Yuga.
