
Actor Lalit Manchanda passed away on Monday in Meerut. On Tuesday, the official Instagram handle of CINTAA (Cine & TV Artistes’ Association) shared a note in his memory and wrote, “CINTAA expresses its condolences on the demise of Lalit Manchanda (member since 2012).”
According to News18, the body of Lalit Manchanda was found at his residence in Meerut on Monday. Reports suggests that his death is still under investigation, and the authorities have not found any suicide note yet. A report in Amar Ujala suggests that Lalit was struggling financially in Mumbai, and almost six months ago, he moved back to Meerut with his family.

In the past, Lalit had appeared in shows like India’s Most Wanted, Crime Patrol, AND Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai, among others. He was often seen in supporting roles on long running television shows.
