Samantha Ruth Prabhu’s banner, Tralala Moving Pictures, is currently producing a movie titled Subham. Praveen Kandregula of Cinema Bandi fame is its helmer. Vasanth Mariganti has written its story and screenplay.

In its Teaser, released today, a newly-wed man (Harshith Malgireddy) is seen waiting to consummate his marriage on the nuptial night. His wife (Shirya Kontham) at first comes across as mild and shy. As the husband tries to present a bold image of himself to his wife, the latter inexplicably switches on their new TV set and starts watching a serial with a deadpan expression. The husband is bewildered, only to realize that his wife may be possessed.

The horror-comedy also features Charan Peri, Shalini Kondepudi, Gavireddy Srinivas and Shravani.

Subham ends its Teaser with a reference to the Alpha Male breed, a type popularized by the movie Animal. Mridul Sujit Sen (cinematography), Ram Charan Tej (production design) and Dharmendra Kakarla (editing) have worked on the movie. Vivek Sagar has brought the background score to life. Clinton Cerojo is the creator of music.
