Smt. Anjana Devi, the mother of Megastar Chiranjeevi and Power Star Pawan Kalyan, has conveyed her blessings to RK Sagar ahead of the theatrical release of The 100. Sagar plays a fearless cop in the movie. Since he was a cop in his breakout TV serial Mogali Rekulu, too, she joked that he should have ideally become a police officer. “Had I not been in the film industry, I would never have got to meet you,” Sagar told Anjana Devi.

The 100 co-stars Misha Narang, Dhanya Balakrishna, Anand, and Kalyani Natarajan in prominent roles. Also featuring Vishnu Priya, Lakshmi Gopala Swamy, Balakrishna, Jayanth, Thaarak Ponnappa, Vamshi Nekkanti, VV Giridhar, and Temper Vamshi, the cop thriller is produced by Ramesh Karutoori, Venki Pushadapu, and J Tharak Ram.

Written and directed by Raghav Omkar Sasidhar, The 100 is shot by cinematographer Shyam K Naidu. Edited by Amar Reddy Kudumula, its Production Design is by Chinna. Vijay Dragon Prakash has composed the stunts. Harshavardhan Rameshwar is the music director.

The 100 is touted to be an emotional action thriller and it is slated to hit the cinemas on July 11.
