Razer today announced a new platform that lets gamers enjoy their favourite PC games on mobile devices. Called Razer PC Remote Play, the new platform streams PC games at their native resolution, aspect ratio and refresh rates.
Available for download on both Google Play Store and Apple App store, Razer PC Remote Play is compatible with devices running iOS 18, Windows 11 and Android 12 or newer. To stream PC games to mobile devices, users will have to install the Razer Cortex game launcher on their Windows PC while mobile users will have to install the Razer Nexus game launcher as well as the Razer PC Remote Play app.

First announced at the Consumer Electronics Show 2025, Razer PC Remote Play uses the same technology as Moonlight, a popular game streaming client that lets you stream all your favourite PC games anywhere. Razer says its new app supports the new AV1 video codec, has low latency and also works with the Razer Kishi Ultra as well as other controllers compatible with Android and iOS devices.
The company suggests at least 30 Mbps internet speed for ideal play and a minimum of 15 Mbps bandwidth requirement for smooth gameplay. When initially pairing your mobile with PC, both devices should be on the same network. The Razer PC Remote Play app is free to download and supports all popular game stores like Epic Games, Steam and PC Game Pass.
