She was the first choice for Robinhood when the project was announced more than two years ago. She opted out of the project due to her other commitments. Sreeleela stepped in, only to score her second flop with Nithiin (the first one being Extra – Ordinary Man).
Robinhood is on its way to becoming a flop. Had Rashmika not excused herself from the project, what is Sreeleela’s today would have been hers.
At a time when Pushpa 2, Animal and Chhaava have made her a superstar actress, a flop opposite Nithiin would have diluted her aura to an extent.
Rashmika will next be seen in Sikandar (Hindi), starring Salman Khan in the lead. The Bollywood project hits the cinemas on March 30th. She is also doing Rahul Ravindran-directed The Girlfriend.
