Rashmika Mandanna Hints at Unique Theme

The Girlfriend, a love story ostensibly told from the perspective of the female lead, is directed by Rahul Ravindran. Rashmika Mandanna’s movie is yet to lock its release date.

On Saturday, the Geetha Govindam and Dear Comrade actress hinted at the film dealing with a rare theme. She wrote that director Rahul has been working hard to deliver the best output. She described the film as one of the most special. “It’s a film where we speak about things we generally don’t talk much about. It’s a purely character-driven film, and that’s the beauty of it,” the Pushpa 2: The Rule actress wrote.

Rashmika further promised that the makers want to give you the best and that the delay will be worth it.

Hesham Abdul Wahab is the music director. Produced by Geetha Arts, Mass Movie Makers, and Dheeraj Mogilineni Entertainment, this one is bankrolled by Dheeraj Mogilineni and Vidya Koppineedi. The technical team for the film includes Krishnan Vasanth as the cinematographer, and Shravya Varma as the costume designer, among others.
