Ranbir Kapoor recently opened up about ageing and showed off his grey beard on first Instagram live. The actor took to Instagram to interact with his fans on his birthday. He shared about the increasing greys in his beard while opening up about ageing. Sharing about the same, Ranbir said, “As you can see a lot of greys in my beard. It keeps increasing year by year.”

When one fan commented, “43 never looked so handsome,” the actor also added, “Just imagine, it’s just seven years till I hit 50, it just hit me. I was making a video and I looked at my grey hair and (realised) in 7 years, I am going to be 50. Life just goes by too fast. Just live every day to your fullest, give it your best, be kind, be loving, and just have fun in your life, and just be a good person.”

The actor had also shared a heartwarming video, thanking his fans on his birthday. In the video, Ranbir opened up about turning a year older while showering his fans with his love and blessings. His daughter, Raha Kapoor, had also made a cameo in the video. She was seen enjoying in the background.

Ranbir was reportedly on a family getaway during his birthday. The details of the same have not been revealed with the public. He returned to the bay via private charter on Sunday.

On the professional front, Ranbir Kapoor will be seen in Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s Love & War next. It also stars Alia Bhatt and Vicky Kaushal in leading roles. The actor is also gearing up to release Ramayana in two parts. One will be released on Diwali 2026 and one on Diwali 2027.
