Ram Charan’s upcoming film Peddi is presently progressing briskly in Sri Lanka. The makers are shooting a duet number and a few scenes with the lead pair, Ram Charan and Janhvi Kapoor. The song shot in the picturesque backdrop of the island nation will be a major highlight in the film.

First single to be out during Rahman’s concert?

Earlier the makers of Peddi revealed that the next major development about the film would be the release of the first single. While it was expected to be unveiled during October, due to second thoughts the makers had to postpone the release. And according to the latest reports, the first single is expected to be unveiled during Oscar winning composer AR Rahman’s concert. Rahman, who is providing tunes for Peddi, is coming to Hyderabad for a concert on November 8. And the concert promises to be an unforgettable journey through sound and emotion. The makers of Peddi are planning to unveil the first single during the time. Since the crowd would be huge, Peddi filmmakers believe that they stand a great chance to instantly catch the audience’s attention.

“The atmosphere and the energy would be electrifying. The makers wanted to create new memories for the audiences in the form of a first single and live the magic. The next schedule of shooting will be held at Ramoji Film City (Hyderabad), where Rahman’s concert is also taking place. So the makers believe it’s an exciting opportunity and an interesting way to release the film’s first single,” informs a source close to the unit. The filmmakers are yet to confirm the reports.
