R.P.P Infra Projects Ltd to acquire 120 acres of land in proximity to the proposed new Chennai airport

R.P.P Infra Projects Ltd, which is based in Erode, Tamil Nadu, is set to acquire 120 acres of land in proximity to the proposed new Chennai airport at a cost of ₹75 crores. The new airport is coming up at Parandur, about 60 km west of Chennai.

As part of this acquisition process, stage-wise land registration is currently underway and is expected to be fully completed by the end of April 2025, the company informed in a filing in the National Stock Exchange (NSE).

The acquired land is strategically located in close proximity to several prominent international industrial establishments, including leading names such as Samsung, Hyundai, and other major players across various sectors.

R.P.P Infra Projects Ltd is actively evaluating a range of development options for this prime asset, including but not limited to Logistics Parks, Warehousing, and Data Centres, with the objective of optimising its value in alignment with the company’ strategic interests, the announcement said.
