Persistent Systems Q4 results live: Profit, dividend, merger and more
Persistent Systems recorded its consolidated profit for the quarter ended March 2025 at ₹395.76 crore (higher by 25.51%) as against ₹315.32 crore in the corresponding quarter previous year.
Revenue from operations was at ₹3242.11 crore in the quarter under review as against ₹2590.52 crore in the quarter year ago.Â
The Board has recommended a Final Dividend of ₹15. It has also approved merger of Arrka Infosec Private Limited (Wholly Owned Subsidiary – Transferor) by absorption into Persistent Systems.
In addition, board has appointed Vinit Teredesai, Chief Financial Officer as the Additional Director (Executive Member) of the Company w.e.f from today.

Sensex declined by 143.75 -pts or 0.18% to 79,972.74 as at 9.18 am after opening at 80,058.43, Nifty 50 slipped 46.35pts or 0.19% to 24,282.60. Sectoral indices showed mixed trend. India VIX up 2.85% to 16.42.
