Director Jyothi Krishna has praised Power Star Pawan Kalyan’s performance in the upcoming film, Hari Hara Veera Mallu, specifically highlighting an action sequence set in the backdrop of a port.
According to the director, this sequence is set to be one of the most remarkable ever seen on the big screen. Jyothi Krishna stated that Pawan Kalyan has delivered a phenomenal performance in the movie.
“The Machilipatnam/Bandar port sequence is a special episode in my movie. Back in the 17th century, the port looked different. We slogged over two years to recreate the past appearance of the port through extensive CG. Pawan Kalyan garu’s character fights the White colonial masters to prevent plunder of the financial nerve centre of the time. He worked on stunts elaborately to give the best output,” Jyothi Krishna said, adding that the movie’s budget is Rs 250 Cr.
Hari Hara Veera Mallu’s scene, the director added, will capture the spirit of the ‘Seize the Ship’ slogan by the Jana Sena Party supremo. The film, whose new release date is yet to be announced, has music by MM Keeravani. Â
