B2B SaaS provider Perfios has announced the strategic acquisition of healthcare information exchange platform IHX. The acquisition aims to combine Perfios’ health data insights with IHX’s ecosystem reach to streamline the claims landscape in the health insurance sector. The financials of the deal have not been disclosed.
Perfios is a B2B SaaS company serving the banking, financial services and insurance industry by helping financial institutions shape their origination, onboarding, decisioning, underwriting and monitoring processes at scale and speed.
IHX is a healthcare information exchange platform, connecting healthcare providers and payers to enable real-time, digital-first claims processing across the ecosystem.

The latest acquisition is followed by Perfios’ recent strategic acquisitions of two companies, Clari5 and CreditNirvana. The Bangalore-based company has raised $263M in 14 rounds of funding and seen participation from investors like Bessemer Venture Partners, Warburg Pincus and Kedaara, according to data from Tracxn.
