Early OnePlus 15T information has just surfaced, and some powerful specs are tipped. This information comes from Digital Chat Station, one of the most prominent tipsters out there. The thing is, he deleted his post on Weibo in the meantime. We’re not sure if that means he jumped the gun, or had wrong info, so keep that in mind.

In any case, based on what he wrote, the OnePlus 15T will be fueled by the Snapdragon 8 Elite 2 processor from Qualcomm. It will be a follow-up to the OnePlus 13T, which is fueled by the Snapdragon 8 Elite chip.
Yes, OnePlus is one of those companies that usually jump over the number ‘4’, as it’s considered unlucky in China. It did the same with the main OnePlus lineup, where we’ve seen the OnePlus 3, OnePlus 3T, and then the OnePlus 5. The OnePlus Nord 4 did launch, however, so it’s not exactly a rule.
Furthermore, the tipster claims that the OnePlus 15T will sport a bigger battery than the upcoming OnePlus 15 flagship. He did not give out the specifics yet, but the same was the case with the OnePlus 13 and OnePlus 13T. The former has a 6,000mAh battery, while the latter has a 6,260mAh battery pack despite the fact it’s considerably smaller.

A 6.3-inch 1.5K OLED display is expected on the phone. It will be another compact offering from the company. An ultrasonic in-display fingerprint scanner is also expected, along with a metal frame.
The tipster also said that the OnePlus 15T will launch in the first half of next year. That sounds about right, as the OnePlus 13T arrived in April this year. So it launched in the second quarter of the year.
Once again, Digital Chat Station deleted this post, so… take note of that. If this information is accurate, however, the OnePlus 15T will be another very compelling high-end phone from the company.
