Jinguchaa is the title of the first song from Thug Life, starring Kamal Haasan in the lead. The Mani Ratnam directorial has music by the legendary AR Rahman.
The Tamil version of the song has lyrics composed by Kamal Haasan himself. Vaishali Samant, Shakthisree Gopalan and Adithya RK rendered it. Shot essentially on the Vikram actor and Silambarasan TR, the song is set against the backdrop of a celebratory wedding. A situation of this kind is something Mani Ratnam has tried before with different variations.
Thug Life also features Trisha (recently seen in Good Bad Ugly), Aishwarya Lekshmi of Ponniyin Selvan fame, Sanya Malhotra, Ashok Selvan, Abhirami, Joju George, and Nasser.
The film’s Telugu States release will be pioneered by Sreshth Movies. Pen Marudhar Cine Entertainment, Red Giant Movies, and AP International-Home Screen Entertainment will be taking care of the Hindi, Tamil, and Overseas release.
Thug Life, whose Trailer is expected to be rousing, will hit the cinemas on June 5th.Â
