Samsung’s Galaxy Z Fold 7 is thought to be launching sometime in July, according to the latest rumors, but it’s still unclear what the company will choose for the device’s colors, at least, it was, until a new leak has shed some light on that front. This also comes after a leak about the colors for the Galaxy Z Flip 7 FE that appeared this morning.
Alongside the leak for the Galaxy Z Fold 7 and Galaxy Z Flip 7 FE, there’s now a third leak concerning the Galaxy Z Flip 7. As well as an additional leak with the actual color names of the Galaxy Z Flip 7 FE. All four leaks come from Mystery Lupin on X, who is quite well-known for leaking details like this.
Leak says Samsung’s Galaxy Z Fold 7 will come in four colors
It’s worth noting that Samsung could always change things, but for now, it looks like Samsung is going to be releasing the Galaxy Z Fold 7 in four colors at launch, according to Mystery Lupin. Unlike the Galaxy Z Flip 7 FE leak from this morning, however, these colors now have names.
The Galaxy Z Fold 7 will be available in Coral Red, Silver Shadow, Blue Shadow, and Jetblack. The colors aren’t the only thing mentioned, either. The phone is rumored to come in three storage and RAM variants. This includes 256GB, 512GB, and 1TB models for storage. Both the 256GB and 512GB models will come with 12GB of RAM, while the 1TB model bumps the RAM up to 16GB.
This should look pretty standard, as it’s what Samsung offers on the Galaxy Z Fold 6, and it’s also what’s offered on the Galaxy S25 Ultra. So, there’s little reason for Samsung to change things when it’s been working. Color names and storage options have also been revealed for the other phones in the lineup.
The flip models seem to have fewer color options
This morning’s leak revealed that Samsung would be offering black and white colors for the Galaxy Z Flip 7 FE, but that leak didn’t have names for either color. In the earlier leak, the colors were merely represented by black and white circle emojis in the tweet.
Now, however, the color names are actually listed as black and white. These are the only two colors listed, suggesting that Samsung may not offer more than these two for the Galaxy Z Flip 7 FE. It also appears as if Samsung may offer just two colors of the normal Galaxy Z Flip 7. They are named differently, though. The post says these will be called Blue Shadow and White Black. Additionally, storage and RAM capacities are slightly different from the Fold model.
Interestingly, the Galaxy Z Flip 7 FE will only be offered with 128GB or 256GB of storage. Each variant will come with 8GB of RAM. Meanwhile, the standard Galaxy Z Flip 7 will have the same 8GB/128GB model, but it will bump the 256GB model to 12GB of RAM, and offer a third storage variant with 512GB for those who need or want more storage space. Keep in mind that these are all still just rumors, so take them with a pinch of salt. Having said that, Mystery Lupin tends to be on the money with these kinds of details. Which means, this is probably what consumers are looking at for choices.
