Olectra Greentech Limited has officially announced that K.V. Pradeep, the company’s Chairman and Managing Director, has resigned from his position as well as from the Board of Directors. The resignation was submitted on June 9, 2025, and is attributed to personal reasons. The effective date of his departure will be disclosed in due course.
The company filed the disclosure with both BSE Limited and the National Stock Exchange of India Ltd under Regulation 30(2) of SEBI’s Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements. The intimation was signed by P. Hanuman Prasad, the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of Olectra Greentech.
This leadership change comes at a pivotal time for the company, which has been actively contributing to India’s green mobility transformation through its electric buses and charging infrastructure solutions.
