Rashmika Mandanna’s film, The Girlfriend, released today, for which she has been receiving well wishes from many celebrities. Kriti Sanon, among them, conveyed her message to Rashmika on social media as The Girlfriend released in theatres. 

On her Instagram stories, Kriti Sanon posted an unseen photo with Rashmika and wrote, “Gossiping with The Girlfriend. You can meet her in the theatres now!! Good Luck for the release Rashuuu! I am sure you are gonna kill it.”  Kriti Sanon and Rashmika Mandanna are working together on Cocktail 2. 

Rashmika also wrote a special love letter earlier for all the girls who are working on becoming the women they love. She also praised all the men who support their partners, empowering them to find their voices. She shared her thoughts on social media and wrote, “A love letter to all the girlies growing into the woman they love. To every Girl who was told “what do you know”… and yet grew into a woman “who knows what she wants”. You’ve come a long way, give yourself that proud, tight hug. And to the men who’ve loved, not by leading, but by standing beside… your love gave her the courage to find her voice.” 

Dedicating her movie The Girlfriend to the love that liberates and does not limit, Rashmika added, “This film is for every unspoken moment – for the love that liberates, not limits, for the hearts that heal while learning to choose themselves, and for the courage it takes to begin again, as your truest self.”
