Jr NTR has removed all doubts about whether the game is on for Devara 2. Amidst speculations that the project has been called off, Tarak on Friday stated that the sequel will be there for sure. He indicated that Devara 2 would have followed War 2 had it not been for Prashanth Neel’s movie.

“Devara 2 is certainly happening. In the meanwhile, I must complete Prashanth Neel’s movie,” Tarak said. War 2 releases in theaters on August 14 this year. Neels’ movie releases on January 9, 2026.

Jr NTR also confirmed that he is going to unite with Sithara Entertainments. The project will be announced later this year. S Naga Vamsi, who distributed Devara in the Telugu States last year, will be bankrolling it. The name of the director and other details will be provided later. The original plan was to unite with Jailer director Nelson Dhilipkumar. It is not known if the plan holds.
