
However, the filmmaker added that he does not feel he is capable enough to handle the technical finesse required to tell a story of a big magnitude. He praised Mirai director Karthik Gattamneni for his skills and continued, “I firmly believe the kind of technical finesse and the kind of passion to tell a story of this magnitude is something I am not even sure I am capable of. When I see filmmakers like Karthik tell stories, I feel like I am a student, more than a filmmaker, and I am learning. When I watch the brilliance of Baahubali and when I see the passion and conviction of Mirai, I feel I don’t know if I am capable. And it is always better to kind of acknowledge your weaknesses and not pretend it is your strength.”

Talking of Mirai, the film will be released in theatres on September 12.
