HyFun Foods launches ‘Mumbai Aloo Vada’ for HoReCa segment

HyFun Foods, a frozen food company, has announced the launch of “Mumbai Aloo Vada”, a ready-to-fry, street-style Indian burger.

A media statement said it features a tasty, authentic and flavourfully spiced potato mash filling wrapped in a crispy, golden gram flour coating. First previewed at the International Food and Hospitality Fair – AAHAR – this product has now officially rolled out to the HoReCa segments nationwide. It will soon be launched in retail markets.

Further expanding its portfolio, HyFun is also set to introduce its “Spicy Paneer Patty”.

Continuing to expand

HyFun continues to expand its product range with these launches, catering to the variety of tastes of consumers, it said, adding, “HyFun Burger Patty” packs are now available on Blinkit, JioMart, Swiggy Instamart, Zepto, and at major retail stores.

Quoting Haresh Karamchandani, Managing Director and Group CEO of HyFun Foods, the statement said: “At HyFun, we’re proud to offer both international favourites and authentic Indian innovations, from our patties served in leading quick service restaurants and burger chains, to the Mumbai Aloo Vada we proudly call the ‘Indian burger,’ to our soon-to-launch Spicy Paneer Patty.” The strong response the company received at AAHAR affirms the growing demand for such products, he said.
