The Himachal Pradesh Public Service Commission (HPPSC) has postponed the Preliminary exams for the Forest Service (Assistant Conservator of Forests). As per the notification, the exam will be conducted on October 5. Earlier, the exam was scheduled for September 7, 2025.
The recruitment drive is being conducted to fill 8 vacancies.

Meanwhile, the Commission has released the exam schedule of the Himachal Pradesh Administrative Services Combined Competitive (Mains) 2025. The exam will be conducted from September 25 to October 1, 2025, in the Shimla district.

The recruitment drive aims to fill 30 vacancies. The applicants will be shortlisted on the basis of the Screening Test/ Preliminary Examination, Mains Examination, and Personality Test.
