The report outlines key positions such as Product Manager, Data Scientist, Cloud Architect/Engineer, Project Management Office (PMO) professional, and Cybersecurity Specialist. These roles, according to the analysis, are seeing greater female participation and come with potential for advancement and competitive salary ranges.

In product management, professionals are responsible for guiding a product from its initial concept through to its launch. Entry-level salaries for this role can reach ₹22.1 LPA for individuals with 0 to 3 years of experience. With more than eight years of experience, this figure may increase to ₹160 LPA as professionals take on broader strategic responsibilities.

Data science continues to attract talent due to its relevance across industries. Early-career data scientists may earn up to ₹18 LPA, while experienced professionals, involved in designing data strategies and influencing business decisions, can earn up to ₹150 LPA.

Cloud engineering and architecture are also seeing growing demand. Freshers can earn up to ₹14 LPA, supporting cloud operations and deployments. Experienced cloud architects with over eight years of experience may see salaries of up to ₹100 LPA as they lead cloud infrastructure planning and management.

The PMO function plays a key role in project execution. Entry-level PMO professionals may receive salaries up to ₹15 LPA. With experience, professionals can take on responsibilities across multiple projects and earn up to ₹80 LPA.

Cybersecurity remains an essential field as businesses focus on digital protection. New professionals may earn up to ₹12 LPA, while those with significant experience in managing security frameworks and responses to cyber incidents may earn up to ₹90 LPA.

According to TeamLease Digital, these roles continue to offer a balanced combination of career growth and financial rewards. The increasing presence of women in these areas reflects broader changes in the workforce and growing opportunities within the tech industry.
