Here’s Every Motorola Phone Getting Android 16 (So Far)

If you’re wondering which Motorola phones will be getting the Android 16 update, well, we have the answer. Folks over at ytechb went through the company’s website, as Motorola already highlighted the details for phones separately. The company did not publish a joint list, though. The eligibility of some phones has not been confirmed yet either.

Motorola confirmed that the Android 16 update is coming to quite a few phones, here’s a list

So, this is an official list, as the info does come from the company’s website. We’ll kick things off with the company’s ‘Edge’ smartphones, and will then move to ‘Razr’ devices, ‘G series’ smartphones, and what’s left.

In regard to the Motorola ‘Edge’ smartphones, the Motorola Edge 2025, Edge 60 Pro, 60 Fusion, 60 Stylus, 50 Ultra, 50 Pro, 50 Neo, 50 Fusion, 50, and 40 Pro will be getting Android 16, based on what was shared. That’s 11 phones in total.

As far as ‘Razr’ smartphones go, 8 of them are listed here. The Motorola Razr+ 2025, Razr 2025, Razr+ 2025, Razr Ultra 2025, Razr 60, Razr 60 Ultra, Razr 50 Ultra, and Razr 50.

We’re jumping over to the Motorola G series devices now. There are 9 of them listed. That includes the Motorola Moto G Power 2025, Moto G2025, G Stylus 2025, G56, G86, G86 Power, G85, G75, and G55.

There’s only one smartphone included that is not a part of the Edge, Razr or G series devices. That phone is the ThinkPhone 25 by Motorola.

Some phones are still missing from the list

It is worth noting that Motorola still has to confirm the Android 16 eligibility for some devices. That includes the Razr 2024, Moto G35, Moto G15, some some other devices. So this is not a full list, but the list of devices mentioned here are getting Android 16.

It seems like Motorola will finally pick up the pace when it comes to Android OS updates. Android 15 rollout was better than what the company did in previous years, and that could further improve with Android 16.
