Barcelona coach Hansi Flick on Friday called his team’s schedule a ‘joke,’ saying Spanish football was failing to take care of players.
Barcelona’s La Liga game at Real Valladolid on Saturday, May 3 will kick off at 9:00 pm (12:30 am IST) after being moved from an afternoon start on May 4. That rescheduling gives them less than three days to prepare for the Champions League semi-final vs Inter Milan on May 6.
“I want to see the guy who’s responsible for that. For me it’s a joke,” Flick said. “It’s unbelievable. We have no time to rest, he added.”
