Today, OnePlus announced that it will be announcing a slew of new products next month. For the US, we’re only getting the OnePlus Watch 3 43mm and the new OnePlus Buds 4. However, for other markets – most likely India – OnePlus will also announce two new Nord devices. And we have the full spec sheet for these two devices.
The OnePlus Nord 5 is going to be a pretty impressive device, with a 6.83-inch FHD+ AMOLED display, the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8s Gen 3, with 8GB or 12GB of RAM and 256GB or 512GB of storage. It’ll also have a 5,200mAh capacity battery with 80W charging, which won’t be a silicon-carbon battery unfortunately.
On the camera front, it’ll have a 50-megapixel primary sensor, an 8-megapixel secondary sensor, and a 50-megapixel front-facing camera. With dimensions of 163.41 x 77.04 x 8.1m,m and weighs in at 211g. Surprisingly, it will also sport IP65 ingress protection.
OnePlus Nord CE 5 should include some incredible battery life
The OnePlus Nord CE 5 will be somewhat similar to the Nord 5, but with a more efficient chipset. This should allow for pretty incredible battery life here. We’re looking at a 6.77-inch 120Hz FHD+ AMOLED display, the MediaTek Dimensity 8350 chipset, 8GB of RAM, and 128GB or 256GB of storage. It will also sport the same rear cameras (50MP main and 8MP secondary) with a 16-megapixel front-facing camera.
OnePlus did include the same 5,200mAh capacity battery and 80W SuperVOOC charging. It also gets IP54 ingress protection. This is a somewhat thin device, though not as thin as what Samsung and Apple are making these days. It will measure in at 163.58 x 76.02 x 8.27mm. And weighs in at 199g, which makes for a pretty light phone, to be honest.
