 Hiya Dasari is the daughter of Telugu film director Maruthi, known for his successful films like Prathi Roju Pandage. She made her acting debut in this film, playing the sister of the female lead, Raashi Khanna.

Hiya has worked in the VFX department of The Raja Saab, her dad’s most prestigious project. It seems she keeps lots of interest in technical details. Since Raja Saab is a VFX-heavy movie, she must be gaining huge experience.

Hiya is also passionate about photography, having gained attention for her skills when acclaimed Hollywood cinematographer Dan Laustsen (known for John Wick: Chapter 2 and The Shape of Water) liked her Instagram photos in 2020.

The Raja Saab will head to theatres on December 5.
