“I recently realised that people confuse what love is and what a relationship is. The moment it becomes conditional, it ceases to be love,” actress Tamannaah Bhatia said, days after her rumoured break-up with actor Vijay Verma. The duo broke up unofficially. The star heroine added that unconditional love is the only true love.
Appearing on a podcast, Tamannaah said that love is always one-sided because it is “your love”. She added that love is essentially an “inside job” even if two parties are involved. “The moment you have expectations and the moment you want people to behave according to your wishes, then that’s just a business transaction,” the Baahubali actress added.
She made the comments without a specific reference to her life.
In an interview last year, Tamannaah commented that she sees marriage as a massive responsibility. “I feel you should get married when you want to get married. Marriage is a big responsibility. It’s not a party. It takes a lot of work, and so is having a plant, having a dog, or having kids,” she said. Both she and Vijay Varma have reportedly deleted their old social media pics together.
