The West Bengal police have launched a YouTube series, Crime Chronicles, delving into real crime incidents through dramatised reconstructions and behind-the-scenes footage.
The weekly series premiered on the YouTube channel titled Friends of West Bengal Police on Sunday, exploring the chilling details of a serial sexual homicide case that shook the state approximately five years ago. The first episode unravelled the gruesome murders and horrific sexual violence committed against multiple women in broad daylight. Viewers were taken behind the scenes of the investigation, seeking to understand the identity of the perpetrator, the motive behind targeting women, and the dark impulses driving these heinous acts.
