Gautam Ghattamaneni, son of Mahesh Babu, has been studying at NYU Tisch School of the Arts for the past more than a year. He is pursuing a course in Drama.

A video clip of Gautam talking about creative freedom at the institution has surfaced online. Like other star kids such as Ram Charan and Junaid Khan (Aamir Khan’s son), Gautam, too, is learning the basics in a professional and academic setting away from the trappings of the spotlight.

Last year, a workout video of the aspiring actor surfaced online. Sharing it on social media, his physical trainer wrote, “Your dedication and hard work have truly paid-off. Proud to have been part of your fitness journey and excited to see all the amazing things you will accomplish both in and out of the gym. Keep pushing boundaries and reaching for the stars.”

Mahesh’s fans expect Gautam to make his acting debut 3-4 years down the line.
