
The Chhattisgarh Board held the Class 12 board exams between March 1 and March 28 and the Class 10 board exams took place from March 3 to March 24.
Last year, the CGBSE board on May 9 declared the result of classes 10 and 12. The CG Board conducted the class 12 exams from March 1 to March 23, and class 10 exams from March 2 to March 23, 2024. The CGBSE recorded pass percentages of 75.64 per cent in Class 10 and 87.04 per cent in Class 12 for 2024. Compared to 2023, Class 10 saw a slight increase from 75.05 per cent, while Class 12 saw a significant increase from 79.96 per cent.

The division-wise data for the CGBSE Chhattisgarh Board Class 10th and 12th examinations from last year provides a detailed view of student performance across divisions. In Class 10th, 1,17,519 students (34.56%) secured a First Division, while the majority—1,23,386 students (36.29%)—achieved a Second Division, and 16,165 students (4.75%) were placed in the Third Division. Similarly, in Class 12th, 88,101 students (34.07%) earned a First Division, 1,09,185 students (42.22%) received a Second Division, and 11,498 students (4.45%) fell into the Third Division. The data clearly shows that in both classes, the Second Division had the highest number of students.
