Real estate developer Casagrand has announced its foray into the senior living segment with the launch of Casagrand Cheers. The company unveiled its first senior living project in Pudupakkam, Chennai, with plans to expand across key metros in South India.
Spread across 5.2 acres, the Pudupakkam project offers 331 fully furnished 1, 2, and 3 BHK residences. The project also features 4.2 acres of open space with 24,500 sq. ft. grand central podium, offering an immersive experience of leisure and relaxation. The project is equipped with a mini-clinic, an on-premises physiotherapy room, 24X7 ambulance service, ensuring prompt and efficient medical assistance.
A 24-hour emergency call system is integrated into every residence for immediate response. Further enhancing safety, grab rails, skid-resistant flooring, motion sensor lighting and foot lamps have been incorporated to facilitate effortless mobility. The 7,000 sq. ft. swimming pool, complete with sturdy railings, offers an accessible and rejuvenating space for relaxation and exercise. Residents are also provided nutritious, customised balanced meals, the company said in a statement.
