
Infosys has incorporated a step-down wholly-owned subsidiary IInfosys Australia Technology Services Pty Ltd in Australia. The newly incorporated entity’s 100% shareholding is held by Singapore Pte. Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary of Infosys Limited.
The board of Biocon has approved raising up to Rs 4,500 crore through issue of securities. The company’s board has approved to raise the capital by way of issuance any instrument or security, including shares, non-convertible debt instruments along with warrants or any other convertible securities by way of qualified institutions placement or rights issue etc, Biocon said in a regulatory filing.

Rajesh Power Services has secured fresh orders inflows worth Rs 1,116 crore from a combination of government and institutional customers. The orders include turnkey based contract for supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 11/22KV HT underground (cable) / overhead (MVCC) network in Gujarat; design, engineering, manufacturing, supply erection, testing and commissioning of 220/66kV GIS/AIS Substations in Gujarat; supply, erection, testing and commissioning of 132kV/66kV underground cable in Gujarat. The orders are expected to complete within 12 to 18 months.
