Bihar Board Class 10th Result 2025 Date LIVE Updates: The Bihar School Examination Board (BSEB), Patna, is expected to announce the Class 10 matric results within the first week of April. However, the exact date and time of the result declaration have not yet been confirmed. Once released, students will be able to check and download their Bihar Board Class 10 results from the official website at biharboardonline.com. Additionally, the board will provide a list of other official websites where the results can be accessed by Board exam candidates.
The Bihar Board class 10 exams this year were conducted across 1,677 centers in Bihar, with 15.85 lakh students taking part. Among them, 8,18,122 were girls, and 7,67,746 were boys. The BSEB exams were held in two shifts each day—the first shift from 9:30 am to 12:45 pm and the second shift from 2:00 pm to 5:15 pm. The answer keys for these Bihar Board matric exams were released on March 6, and candidates had until March 10 to raise objections regarding any discrepancies.
Looking at past trends, the BSEB Class 10 result for 2024 was announced on March 31, with exams held between February 15 and 23. The overall pass percentage stood at 82.91 per cent last year. In comparison, the Class 12 pass percentage in 2025 witnessed a slight decline to 86.50 per cent, down from 87.21 per cent in 2024. This year, the Science, Arts, and Commerce streams recorded pass percentages of 89.50 per cent, 82.75 per cent, and 94.77 per cent, respectively.

The Bihar School Examination Board (BSEB) is finalising preparations for announcing the Class 10 matric results, which are expected to be declared before March 31, most likely on March 28 or 29. Once released, students will be able to access their results on official websites such as biharboardonline.bihar.gov.in, biharboardonline.com and results.biharboardonline.com. BSEB Chairman Anand Kishor has confirmed that the results will be announced in a press conference, where Education Minister Sunil Kumar will also be present.
According to the BSEB, 39 students were expelled for using unfair means during the exams. Each subject carried 100 marks, and students needed to secure at least 33 per cent to pass. Those who fail to meet the passing criteria will have the opportunity to appear for compartment exams to improve their scores.
