Bihar Public Service Commission (BPSC) has released the notification for the post of Assistant Town Planner under Urban Development and Housing Dept., Govt. Of Bihar under Advt. No. 89/2025. Eligible candidates can apply for the posts at bpsc.bihar.gov.in from August 28 to September 22, 2025.

The recruitment drive aims to fill 35 posts. Applicants should have attained the age of 21 years and should not be more than the age of 37 years as on August 1, 2025. The upper age limit is relaxed for reserved category candidates. More details in the notification below:

Candidates should hold a postgraduate degree or equivalent qualification from any recognized University or Institution in the town planning/regional/urban planning/city planning/country planning/transport planning/housing/ environment planning.

Application Fee

Candidates have to pay a fee of Rs 100. Applicants who do not mention Aadhaar No. as proof of identity in their online application will have to pay an additional fee of Rs 200 as Biometric fee.
