1. Books: My morning starts at 8 with a cup of Darjeeling tea and I read for 45 minutes. It sets a reflective tone for creativity and intellectual engagement. My home library has over 5,000 books on food, finance, and fashion.
2. Fasting: I undertake intermittent fasting with a 14-hour window and practise mindful eating by avoiding sugar, and packaged and ready-to-eat foods. I prefer fresh, homemade meals that support my lifestyle.
3. Strength training: My fitness routine includes evening walks, cardio, and strength training focused on agility and stability. I also practise boxing three days a week at the gym.
4. Swimming: It is an essential part of my daily routine. It is more than just a workout, and serves as a meditative retreat, helping clear my mind, build endurance and recharge after a long day.
5. Unwind: I write short stories and like to play with design ideas outside my workspace. I like to bring my creativity into designing spaces, interiors and work around new concepts in design and colours. Writing and designing are creative outlets that help unwind.
