Dan Ndoye scored the winner in the 53rd minute to give Bologna their first trophy since winning the cup in 1974.
This was also manager Vincenzo Italiano’s first major honour, having lost two Conference League titles and the 2023 Italian Cup while in-charge of Fiorentina.
