AXISCADES appoints key executives to drive strategic growth 

The appointments, approved by the AXISCADES’s Board of Directors on April 9, come as the company realigns its organisational structure to match developments in the global aerospace, defence-tech, and semiconductor ecosystem

AXISCADES Technologies Limited, one of the leading technology and engineering solutions provider, has appointed KP Mohanakrishnan as Deputy CEO & President – Aerospace and D Murali Krishnan as Chief Operating Officer & President – ESAI, the company announced today.

The shares of AXISCADES Technologies Limited were trading, locked in the upper band, at ₹792.20 up by ₹37.70 or 5 per cent on the NSE today at 1.20 pm.

The appointments, approved by the company’s Board of Directors on April 9, come as AXISCADES realigns its organisational structure to match developments in the global aerospace, defence-tech, and semiconductor ecosystem. These leadership additions follow the recent integration of subsidiaries AXISCADES Aerospace & Technologies and Mistral Solutions.

Mohanakrishnan brings over three decades of experience across aerospace, defence, automotive, and general engineering sectors, having previously held leadership positions at Mahindra Aerostructures and Tata Advanced Materials. He has established strategic manufacturing relationships with international OEMs and Indian defence agencies.

Murali Krishnan, while maintaining his role as CEO of Mistral Solutions, joins AXISCADES as COO. He previously led a $200 million Digital Engineering business at Cyient Limited and served as CEO of Engineering Services at Pennar Industries.

CEO Alfonso Martinez stated these appointments would sharpen AXISCADES’ business execution and operational excellence as the company transitions from a service-based model to a technology-driven product company.

AXISCADES employs over 3,200 professionals across 17 global locations, focusing on product development in aerospace, defense, and ESAI (Electronics, Semiconductor and Artificial Intelligence) domains.
