Ascendion, a provider of AI-powered software engineering services, acquired UXReactor, a user experience strategy and design firm, in Bengaluru. This acquisition aims to enhance Ascendion’s ability to deliver human-centered digital experiences that accelerate business outcomes.
The strategic move follows Ascendion’s recent growth initiatives, including the acquisition of Nitor Infotech, the launch of four global AI Studios, and the establishment of a Latin America headquarters in Mexico over the past two years.
By integrating UXReactor’s expertise, Ascendion expands its capabilities across user-experience strategy, product experience design, UX research, platform experience design, and digital innovation, all supported by AI-powered software engineering.
