Veteran Bollywood star Amitabh Bachchan had the sweetest reaction to seeing his actor-son Abhishek Bachchan on the billboard. He took to social media to share a couple of photos of Abhishek, Shah Rukh Khan and Akshay Kumar on the billboards for the 70th Hyundai Filmfare Awards 2025 with Gujarat Tourism. In one of the photos, Big B can also be seen standing in front of a huge billboard of himself.
Sharing it, he said in Hindi, “Among all the big shots, my face is on the poster too! Just saying!”

Meanwhile, at the Filmfare Awards this year, Abhishek gave a heartfelt tribute to his father and his legacy. Taking the stage, the I Want To Talk actor performed a vibrant medley of Big B’s most iconic songs. During the performance, he also shared a deeply heartfelt moment with his mother, the veteran actress Jaya Bachchan, who was visibly moved in the audience.
Abhishek also won the Best Actor (Male) Award for the film I Want to Talk. Moreover, Big B and Jaya Bachchan were also honoured with the Cine Icons of the 70s Award at the ceremony. Celebrating this proud moment, Amitabh Bachchan shared a heartfelt post featuring all their Filmfare trophies together in one frame.
In the background, a voiceover of Amitabh can be heard saying, “Ek parivaar… ek hi parivaar ke teen sadasya… teenon ka ek hi vyavsay… aur ek hi din teen puraskaar. 70 years of Filmfare honouring Jaya… Best Actor of 2025 for Abhishek… and yours truly for the 70 years celebration. On the work front, Amitabh Bachchan was last seen in the Tamil film Vettaiyan. Abhishek Bachchan, on the other hand, will be seen in King and Raja Shivaji.
