A small-time Bollywood actress, whose name hasn’t been divulged by Hyderabad police, was allegedly assaulted by two women and two men at a lodge in Masab Tank, Hyderabad. She had come to Hyderabad as a chief guest for a shop inauguration, reports said.
While early reports claimed that it was a case of burglary, a prostitution angle has also been alleged. The unidentified attackers allegedly asked the starlet to participate in prostitution activity. When she refused, they forced her, beat her and ran away with cash and valuables.
“While she was asleep at night, two women and two young men entered her room and pressured her into prostitution. When she refused, they tied her hands and legs, stole cash and gold from her bag, and fled the scene,” a report says.
The identity of the actress has been withheld in accordance with established norms. Reports say that the victim didn’t want to be identified.
